Are you a motivated, responsible, outgoing and friendly individual with excellent customer service and/or serving experience?
Smart Serve Certified is required.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Board game knowledge an asset.
Hamilton Food Handler’s Certificate an asset.
As part of the team, your position will comprise all of the following roles:
Front of House
You will be responsible with greeting customers, ringing through purchases,
answering questions over the phone and in person about our services and merchandise.
You must be comfortable talking to customers regarding their orders, comments, and complaints.
Stellar customer service skills are a must!
You will be responsible for preparing a variety of specialty coffee orders for customers,
such as espresso drinks, as well as various other hot and cold beverages.
All beverages must be prepared to quality standards and completed efficiently.
Food & Beverage Server
You will be responsible for taking menu orders from customers,
addressing any menu-related questions and promptly serving all customers.
You will also be communicating with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are prepared quickly and accurately.
You will also be responsible for serving alcohol, making mixed drinks and checking customer IDs.
Board Game Enthusiast
A passion for board games is a must!
You will need a strong grasp of various board games to recommend,
teach and answer customer questions.
You must be open-minded and willing to learn new board games from a variety of genres.
Hours will be approximately 15-25 per week.
